Eligo Energy customer service was real good. Worked with me and gave me the best fixed price for my electric . Kept in contact after my term expired. Always looking out for the customer.

Absolute crooks!! Do not go with this company!!!! They went from charging me 4 cents a kilowatt to 23 cents a kilowatt!!!! My bill for my small family restaurant came out to be 4778.44!!! They only keep your rate locked in for the first initial month!! I am absolutely fuming! Trash customer service. Find a different supplier! This should literally be illegal!

This helped save $$ on our electric bill. Thanks, Eligo Energy

TWO MONTHS!!! Stay away-check your bills and compare. Com-Ed is cheaper (at this time October 2022) Com-Ed is $11 per kw Eligio is $15 per kw-its a rip. I have read reviews here on google, some reviews state it was instant cancellation same week-when they cancelled. Other reviews say up to TWO months or billing cycles? Seems really suspicious. called yesterday to cancel and was told it could take up to two billing cycles?! Just a loophole for them to continue to rip you off for two more billing cycles. I will update this review to reflect how long the process actually takes. Just read people. Trust me I did not read the fine print and was so busy with life-no excuse though. Thinking of all the money saved if I'd cancelled sooner makes me sick. Live and learn. Now I have to see if they rip me off more by using the billing cycle excuse to keep price gouging me for two billing cycles. Another thing, Eligo hours for customer service are Monday-Friday 8-5pm talk about not customer friendly!! Most people are at work during that time. No weekend availability at all!!!! Another way for them to avoid speaking to the public or allowing people to cancel service That said, my experience with Eligo this far is less than stellar - one star service!

The rate it totally depends on the usage Higher The Usage Lower The Rate u will be getting.
Yes, if your initial agreement is for 3 months, you can cancel without a fee once that is over or sign up for another product.
Yes they do.
Our bill still comes from Nationalgrid. Just supplier changed. Everything else is same just lower rate.
No. When I did not notice that my 36 month contract ran out on June 26th, these buzzards increased my rate from $.06374 to $013874 without notice on my next bill, more than doubling their price to $420.00 just for generation for one month. BTW, my current price to compare with our local utility, PECO, is $0.64020.
Hi Amy, that depends on the particular State and Independent Systems Operator (ISO such as PJM, NY-ISO, NE-ISO, MISO, or ERCOT). It may also depend on whether a customer is on a green program or is a part of a municipal aggregation. In most cases, the source of energy is the same as the wholesale market in the particular region (e.g., for PJM-ISO, the present system mix may be located here - https://gats.pjm-eis.com/GATS2/PublicReports/PJMSystemMix/Filter). Please let us know if you need this information for a more precise area, as we also provide environmental label disclosures for customers.
