Very confusing place. Yes, it's nice that they allow overnight parking. But that's where the good part ends. Procedure is to enter the main gate off Racine. Check-in, and they'll send you straight to the back of their lot to standby passed a second guard shack. When you get the call, good luck. You cannot reenter their yard from the staging area. You have to leave their lot, circle back around to the main gate that you've already checked in at, and tell them you got a call for a door. Renter the same area that you passed before. Good luck with which door is yours. There's two separate docks along the same building. With the same dock numbers. In my case, I had door 3 in the second dock area passed the blue risers. Check out at door 19. Gotta love trucking when it comes to these types of places. Employees act so matter of fact about the procedures when they're different at every place we go. Yes, it needs to be detailed instructions, or we're not going to just figure it out without luck.
