Best customer service! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Bought my sewing/embroidery machine here and have had it tuned up. Prices are displayed and lead times are clearly communicated. Very happy costumer.

Never Been Treated So Rudely! I took my Singer heavy duty in because timing was off, sewed almost 500 masks in the first 3 months owning it so I worked it hard. The moment I walked in I was treated rudely. They started by telling me I bought and awful machine and I should just return it. I couldn't and they were the only place near me taking machine repairs so I left it with them. It took awhile to get back, which I knew it would with it being the second year of the pandemic. Once it was time to pick it up almost 2 months later. Not once, not twice, but three times, in the span of 2 days, did they call me and complain about having to work on my machine. They accused me of having someone look at it before them, which I don't think is a crime. Leaving a 5 minute voicemail to say how horrible my machine was to work with and fix. When I went to pick it up I AGAIN had to hear about much of a bad machine I had and how much of a hassle the service I was paying them for was. So I expect this huge up charge for extra labor from the $100 dollar starting price. After the complaining from the whole shop it was only $20 worth of extra work. When leaving after paying the woman said ok bye comeback when you want to buy a real machine. Then I get home to fide out they didn't put it back together correctly! There are plastic pieces sticking out where there supposed to be inside the machine. I feel judging your customers and putting them down isn't very professional what so ever. I'll drive an extra hour anywhere then go back and be treated like I suck as a human and crafter.

Yes, we will be happy to take them from you.
yes. Bring it in and we'll take a look.
Part of your problem seems to be how you are actually winding the bobbin, or it could be a problem with the machine. If you want to stop by with your machine, one of us ladies up front can take a quick look to help figure it out. If we can't resolve the issue, you might have to leave it for our technicians to repair.
Yes, we do. Just bring it in with cord and foot pedal and bobbin.
No need for an appointment, bring it in with cord, foot pedal, and bobbin. Others are ahead of you, but get it in and we will help you.
Friendly Stitches works on all makes and models, including Bernina. We would be happy to help you.
Thank you for your inquiry! We charge $99.95 for basic tune-up for mechanical machines. Parts, if available, would be additional. If you bring it in, it would have to be taken out of a cabinet, and we would need you to bring in the cord, foot pedal, bobbin, and zig-zag foot. We take $35.00 deposit when you bring it in and right now it would take about 3 to 4 weeks. Call the store if you have any other questions. 630.541.8388
