Good Sam is my hospital, my family Dr Tatara awesome doctor, and my outpatient clinic is on 2480 main st south downers icc. Everyone is nice but my favorite lady is Carlotta Cathey from front desk this person is doing her job 300 percent, but I would like to share my last visit it was no communication with my dr the orders should be there but not and she went above and beyond to help me even rushed to my car so I could do my test awesome job keep it up and keep smiling :)))) more people like her.

The teams at the MRI amd CTScan labs are good at what they do TECHNICALLYY, AND they are even better with their people skills. Mike in MRI puts a smile on your face the second he says hello. He ensures that you are comfortable and checks back with you in a way that shows concern for the patient. Great group of people at both services!!!!

I scheduled an appointment for a very important ultrasound, but they were completely booked for the whole month (this is not the problem, I understand that others booked appointments before me so they should go first). When I arrived on my appointment day they said I was not "approved by their approval team" whatever that heck means..... And you know what is funny, I literally called the day previous to confirm that my appointment was tomorrow, the lady speaking to me said yes I have an appointment the next day. So when I arrived they said I could either reschedule or get the ultrasound and pay how much it costs, but refused to tell me how much I would have to pay, $100? $1000? (What? You want me to pay money outside of insurance but won't tell me how much to pay, is this a scam or fraud??????) I then tried to reschedule another appointment but no one answered my phone calls, I did not call at like 1AM, I called in the middle of the day. They made me wait a month for a very important ultrasound and then canceled my appointment due to pure incompetence, then won't answer any phone calls..... This place needs to be shut down because they do not value their patients lives.....

I would go elsewhere for those symptoms. I went there for similar reasons and left without a answer, any tests done, and a punctured artery from where the nurse was doing an every day task of inserting a port for an IV. When I had salmonella 6 years ago I went to the ER. I don't encourage anyone to go here. You can also go to a GI if you already have one, if not it's something you want to look into for future needs. I wish you well and you can get some answers and relief.
