Received a txt and app message my script (I needed that day) was ready to be picked up at 2:27pm. Got to the store at 4:00pm and the pharmacy was COMPLETELY closed/locked up due to Pharmacist Shortage at 3:00pm, according to the sign. I can not get my script until the next day, nothing anyone in the store could do. HOW does this happen! Crazy...

Love this store so many options nest customer service and I am now a manager there and they are so nice. Tom the store manager is amazing and amazing to his team and the store really cared about they're customers. Great place to shop and work

if you’re looking for a pharmacy that is competent to fill your prescriptions on time this is not the place. I tried to request a refill on my prescription through the automated system and when it told me the name of my prescription after I use the prescription number it was the wrong medication. I then called and spoke to a pharmacist who said I apologize and that is not correct but will fill the prescription it’ll be ready tomorrow at 10 two days later I go to pick up my medication and it’s not ready. The pharmacy staff is also very rude

They really need to train their employees on customer service and how to use their programs. This time the lazy cashier refused to print me out a hard receipt claiming they could only be sent digitally. Everytime I go in and she's there, there's a problem. Taking my business elsewhere from now on since I can't get proof of my purchases any longer.
