Great people and facility in Petaluma. I was able to get tests I needed (some results within minutes), and appreciated the excellent care from front desk staff, medical assistant, and nurse practitioner. I'm so grateful that we have Sutter services in Petaluma.

I had a video appointment first where I was advised to go to urgent care so I did as instructed. I came in for a severe sore throat and my tongue hurt as well. She took a look for maybe 10 seconds after swabbing me for strep and Covid. Told me she could give me a shot for swelling but didn’t diagnose me and I feel like she didn’t give me the proper attention. The shot helped for maybe 5 hours before wearing off. My throat is still in so much pain I can’t swallow and it’s waking me up at night and I don’t know why. Both Tests came back negative.

Just took my daughter right when they opened and was told they couldn’t see her without an appointment. I then pointed to all of their signage that says walk-in clinic and was told due to covid protocols appointments are available online. So I again stated that it’s really not a walk-in clinic and was told yes it is if we can fit you in between appointments. So fyi if you plan to go make an appointment or don’t waste your time .

Very convenient. Friendly staff. Very little wait time. I had some minor health issues. Not serious enough to go to an emergency room but serious enough not to ignore. The staff and clinician were very thorough and the diagnosis was spot on. I’m glad I went and happy that a walk-in clinic is available.
