AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! The new property managers are just as bad if not worse than the previous ones! No follow through and incompetent to say the least. The property is filthy dirty and highly overrated. Excessive expensive monthly fees on top of the outrageous rent.

AVOID THIS PLACE at any cost! The google reviews are so wrong. Go to Yelp and other apartment websites to see the real reviews. I approached them based on the google reviews. I was tricked and rushed to sign the 1 year lease with the promise that it would be furnished and also easy to sublet (since we needed it for a few months) by Antoinetta and Bryan. Before signing the lease they treat you well. Once you sign the lease, the attitude changes immediately - they are so arrogant and they have no time for you to answer or even pick up your calls. They charge EXORBITANT hidden fees - trash and cable. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night every weekend. The fridge and trash can were so filthy even though they charged extra $349 Covid cleaning fee. The internet/cable fee at the time of handing over the keys is way higher than signed at the time of application. DO NOT fall for their sweet talk!!!
