Yes! All of our therapists pursued specialized training throughout their graduate studies to work with specific populations or clinical issues. Our staff also hold a variety of certifications, including Theraplay, Positive Discipline, Beyond Behaviors, and Yoga. Besides certifications, all staff have participate in trainings and professional development in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including ACT, TF-CBT, and Exposure Therapy.

We offer both! Our clinicians range from being telehealth exclusive to offering a hybrid of both in-person and videochat options. Telehealth is a great option for those who commute from far distances, have busy schedules, or when illness should occur. In-person appointments are prioritized for those with the greatest need, such as kids!

Yes! We have several clinicians that work with different age groups. Some of our therapists work with kids as young as 5 years old. Other therapists are passionate and especially attune to adolescents.

Yes! All of our therapists accommodate adults as well. We typically see college aged adults up through middle aged adults. Adults looking to work on relationships, anxiety, depression, transitions, self-esteem are particularly good fits for our practice. We value inclusivity and see a wide range of individuals from different backgrounds.
