If I can give them a zero star I would negative 10 star I would if living on section 8 do not come to treehouse apartments you could sit down and talk to staff about your rent payment after making that payment there will still be a negative balance. Saying that section 8 payment got mixed up with the utilities (false) other section 8 tenets told me the same thing there was always a negative balance after paying the rent and full and utilities when trying to talk to them about that you will be called insulting words and yelled at to the point that have me hyperventilating how I was yelled at and by me being younger than both of them I feel verbally assaulted by accountant in the property manager there's fleas and ticks inside my apartment where there should be no pets and I don't have any pets oh and the rent increase every year so that make you have to pay more every time your lease renewed and they don't explain that at the time of signing the lease and they have a big packet about 50 pages and expect you to read them all I think someone from the company posted some good reviews because they have too many good reviews for bad service and bad living arrangements it's not worth living here the time the money and the growth this is my honest review. All the managers there have been some rude condescending biches. They'll give you a 1 bedroom with Den and pretend it's a 2 bedroom. A 2 bedroom has a bathroom in the master bedroom you lying biches... You basically stole money from me 😡😡😡😡😡

Worst management!! Stay away for your own good. There are many other better communities around Schaumburg.
