This place is horrible and incredibly unprofessional. Karen never returns phone calls & they refuse to work with the insurance company. Don't waste your time or money here

Front desk service here is the absolute worst. I have been using a cpap for years and I dread calling them because they never follow through with anything. Each time I have called for service I have been forgotten about. Currently I am on my 3rd week waiting for a call back because I need new equipment and its not for lack of trying on my part calling again and again with no reaponse.

Call them and ask for Dee she handles it and does amazing job..
As long as it is recommended by a physician. But that would be something you would have to speak to your doctor and your insurance about. I have United healthcare medicare also.
