Well my issues was resolved I was finally able to get through. They took care of me promptly. This was reposted at a request by management. Truly the worse place I ever stayed. You put in a request the close the case without fixing the problem. I still have a light that’s out but do they care no. I can’t wait to move out.

New owners, new management, new attitude: As a longtime resident of Bourbon Square, these changes are like a breath of fresh air, especially since the property is undergoing a complete exterior facelift that was badly needed. More than that, a new maintenance team is working hard to catch up on years of indifference. I have had two service issues in the past few weeks and Rocio, the on-site property manager and Marco, the new service manager were both hands on in seeing that my needs were promptly addressed and resolved. Furthermore, the workers assigned to the repairs were courteous, efficient and professional. For a major plumbing repair, they actually left the work area in better shape than they found it. We are off to a good start.

Lived here for a bit. Parking sucks and maintenance isn't the greatest. I think they also posion their skunks/pests instead of releasing them in the wild. Very sad to see them convulsing and foaming at their mouth.

You have to go to the Main office building and there is a machine there that allows you to refill it.
If you can find somewhere better than this. Go for it. The landlord only has 2 washers and 2 dryers in the basement aswell. Fyi
No idea. Sorry. I went with Comcast so I have internet and TV with them. Goos luck.

As far as nosy you could lay dead for days or weeks and no one would bother or care

All units are not renovated. And, to correct someones previous reply to your question, they ARE still renting out unrenovated units. Be very clear with the office that you would like to see the exact unit you would be moving into before signig anything.
