If 10 stars was possible, it would be well deserved. My boyfriend and I visited Tahoe this pass week and came here for the snowmobile experience. And it was greatest customer service I’ve experience , from the cashier lady, the guy that helped us with our head socks and helmet to the snowmobile instructor “Chicago” it was amazing. Very friendly. They made us feel so welcomed. Out of all the establishments we visited I must say they made us feel so welcome. Thank you guys. We will definitely be back.

Lots of fun. We did the snow tubing for an hour, and that was the perfect amount of time to have some fun and burn some calories while at it. You get a great view of the lake as you head down your snow-tubing run. We went during the week, and it wasn’t crowded at all. Lots of fun! I will definitely try the snowmobiles next time. I recommend snow tubing for a fun, low-key snow activity.

Instructors where very knowledgeable and really nice. The staff at check-in was really friendly and awesome. We did the wavier online so check-was quick and easy.We had the track to ourselves most of the time which was awesome. It’s great for first timers and families.

one of the best experiences. They were full that day. The person who attended the shed where you put the helmets on was very nice and I think he needs a helper because when we returned the helmets to him he was overwhelmed if I could I would give him 6 stars. The guys who are with the snowmobiles are very kind I definitely recommend that you go to that place.
