Called with some questions regarding getting plates for a trailer and also if the could replace a lost title. Staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful (just like Nevadans!), she steered me in the right direction for that lost title and found a cancelled appointment for that afternoon to come in and register my trailer. A convenient and pleasant experience without the wait and hassle of Carson DMV.

Great customer service. They are NOT state workers so they are unable to issue drivers licenses. Great convenience for registration!

Appointment only. But appointments are easy to make and can usually be same day or next day.
Yes , you will also need to have the VIN inspected, proof of NV insurance and a smog if you do not live in Douglas County
