Everything was pretty clean. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishes. The most grueling part we’re the amount of stairs we had to climb up and down everyday. Check in and check out day had us short of breath.

There is a BBQ and diner just down the road but the 10 mins down the hill to south lake is totally worth it for dining

No. Their staff recommended a couple of other places to us nearby that allow dogs. I don't remember which ones they are but, I'm sure you can call them to get the same recommendations.
