Absolutely terrible! How hard can it be to mess up a large vanilla shake?! They managed it!! You order a Sonic Blast - it’s rarely made correctly!! You never know, when your order will be made correctly! That should not be the normal, but the exception! What a disappointment!

I review too many restaurants, it says a lot about me. Found their pretzels a while back and their toasters are my go to. They had a machine down, but that's rare.

Very very POOR and RUDE service I told the guy 3 or 4 times I didn't want mayo or ketchup wanted mustard. Low and behold I get mayo no mustard. Then I go all the way back and get supposed to be the right order and had no bacon and no mustard. The girl who came out first said we were at the stall #13 when we were at #4. Then she goes screaming off as she walks back in. So I requested my money back. I won't eat from anyone who screams as she's walking away This is totally ridiculous I am done with this place. I will drive the extra miles to Derby I have had way better service None of this would have happened if your online app had worked.
