My husband went to pick up my pizza around 9:20/9:30 PM last night. We selected pick up purposely because we knew they were going to be closing at 10. Initially they gave him someone else’s order so he had to turn around and drive back. Then they attempt to re-make my pizza and STILL it was wrong. By the time I realized and tried to call again, they were closed. I understand we ordered close to closing but there’s just no excuse for giving us the wrong pizza not once, but twice.

Pizza Hut was dark and the tables were not cleaned, staff had no masks. Their uniforms were so filthy covered with grease and food stains - those aprons were weeks old dirty. Stuff was piled all over in boxes and on tables. Why don't they clean up and prepare for when the stores reopen? They were only taking call in orders. But I felt uncomfortable ordering because of the condition of the store. The uniforms and tables gave me the idea that the kitchen was in rough condition.

Everything was absolutely delicious!! The sauce was definitely on point with this order. I also appreciated them having a backup pop for me. I had missed their original call to ask me what else I would like instead of Dr.Pepper. I was unable to get to the phone but they brought out 2 choices instead of waiting for a call back. They made a great decision! I know they could of just as easily refunded it but instead found a happy solution for me!

Went for lunch. Thought we would have the salad and pizza buffet. There were 2 other couples in the restaurant and 4 dirty tables. The buffet had pizza that was at least 30 minutes old and there were only 3 choices. There were no desert sticks and although there were bread sticks, no marinara sauce. The salad bar needed to be restocked and the lettuce had quite alot of brown pieces in it. We were seated and then didn't see our server again. Someone else came and checked on us, said they would refresh our drinks and bring us more napkins, never saw her again either. Finished up, didn't bother with seconds as there had been nothing fresh added and paid at the register. Very disappointed and wondering what happened to customer service.
