Right at Home has been a life saver for our family! They have been incredibly responsive and flexible as we needed to arrange care for our elderly parents. Initially, after a fall that required emergency surgery, we needed overnight hospital care for our father. You can save yourself a great deal of time and enjoy peace of mind knowing that a team of experienced professionals has your back. Families who hire independent caregivers must take on the responsibilities of being an employer, which includes performing their own caregiver background checks, managing payroll and tax withholdings, and providing professional liability insurance. There are no backup caregivers for sick days, and it can be challenging to locate, hire and train caregivers.
