Not happy at all. Thanks to this supplier for our pool guy, we will not have our pool open for Memorial Day this year. We can't even order our new liner until the steps are installed. Our corner stairs were ordered and manufactured wrong the first time. The second set was supposed to ship Thursday last week and arrive Thursday this week. That is today. Our pool guy is struggling to get even tracking information today. Had the first set been correct, we would be looking at an open pool. Every week, we get put off another week. It's been that way for a month now. Tomorrow is Memorial weekend, all we have is an ugly hole in the ground. Thank you SCP Distributors. UPDATE June 5, now waiting or liner with NO ETA. Mike at SCP said call my contractor and hung up on me.
