Disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.. no wonder they work with animals, people would never tolerate this. Covid rules: only one owner in at a time, but no one needs to wear masks. When asked about the rule, the tech was rude and disrespectful . My 3 year old daughter was told to wait in the car. I then was charged an outrageous amount for services, and things were added on without my permission. The staff was rude and when asked about the items they were extremely disrespectful. I would never trust my animals with this group of individuals. The customer deserves much more respect and do not hide fees just to make your business more money.

If you're looking for a veterinarian office that takes care of your animals and actually is concerned about their well-being go there. If you just want to drop your pet off and get some quick shots and they don't have concern for your animal take a elsewhere. Pretty simple. As far as cost they are pretty much competitive with everyone else but if you need to make an appointment quick again call these people because you will get in within a day or two. You won't have to sit on hold or get jerked around for weeks and leave messages.
