Previously I have rated this location very low because of multiple events. Last night I picked up an order that said it was ready that no one could find. Ari went above and beyond to help me locate the items but it's strange that Lowes would email me it was ready and then it took 4 people to find it.

Spent over an hour at Lowe's tonight. Some shopping & some research for short term and long term rental properties for supplies and upcoming fire Department inspections. 3 employees separately in different departments asked if I needed help. To be on the safe side you may need an experienced roofing contractor complete an estimate. It makes no sense to replace the cap and exhaust vent only to have it continue to leak. The flashing around the base of the chimney where it comes through the roof needs to be inspected. Make sure the roofing contractor has a state license and is insured. Also check their references. A good contractor has no problem providing valid references and check the internet for comments an complaints. Some research on your part can save you headaches in the future. Last piece of advice, never pay them off until they have proved they have fixed the leak. Make them perform a water test. Don't wait on a stormy day to find out the job is unfinished.

Yes. Lowes does sell water pumps. But it could be a simple pressure switch malfunction if you have existing pumps.
