Open container laws are in effect. Glass containers are specifically prohibited. Relevant City codes include: Glass containers are not allowed in the Park (Sec. 79-6.1) Possession of any open container of alcohol in a public place is unlawful. (Section 44-d)
No, I do believe there's a spray park at Clifford and Norton (not the greatest area) and at the park next door to the string museum of play
