Worst bank ever had don’t bank there if u want your money faster then 5 days and the fees are crazy the app is always down excuse for taking long we trust no one because where small.Don’t think you can access your account when you want online and app always down

I would call in and see if there is suspected fraud. They lock the card if they think it could be the case. Banks will do that to try and protect the individual.
