Since all the other customer service locations in the Sacramento area were listed as closed on the PGE website, I drove to this place during its stated business hours. It was deserted. No notices, lots of stickers from failed UPS and FedEx attempted deliveries, so obviously, there's no one here or has been here for some time. Given that there's no human alternative customer service, how low can PGE go?

PGE&E services the gas only in Sacramento. Electric is serviced by SMUD.

There is a young man from Vista Company saying he represents PG&E and that I am entitled to a low rate this month (August) Is this true? He has no PG&E uniform???
