Excellent Experience. My sister and her bridal party of 12 got all of our dresses as well as the wedding dress here! Worth every dollar. The service was excellent, dresses came in on time and they made all the alterations correctly. So happy with Sabrina Style! Highly recommend!

A TERRIBLE experience. The owner is rude and very unpleasant. After waiting 10 weeks for the dress to arrive (from China, unbeknownst to me) it had 2 dark stains on the front. The owner suggested cleaning it, but I requested a new one. She made a call and told us to come back tomorrow to pick up a new one. When I got to the shop the next day she barely said hello and pointed over to the rack where the dress was hanging- still in plastic- and told me to make sure I check it over (with tone). I'm not sure why as the owner of a business she wouldn't want to thoroughly examine all merchandise before she calls a customer to come in for pick up. I did not bring my daughter in this time as she had a track meet and had already tried on the dress for size the day before. When she tried on the dress that night - it was irregular! The straps on the right shoulder were fine BUT the straps on the left shoulder were sewn wrong, affecting the entire back of the dress. I called the next day and the owner acted like she didn't recognize my name (I had been in there 2 days in a row)and then told me it wasn't a big deal. She told me the tailor can fix it no problem. The owner is rude and condescending and sells irregular dresses from China. The dress is selling in a shop on the west coast for $45 cheaper than Sabrina Style. CHECK YELP REVIEWS too. On Sabrina's story- she commented how it had been a challenge for her and her daughter to find a friendly and relaxed environment to shop in during prom season and that inspired her- (??) The environment in Sabrina is just the contrary.
