Received an insurance quote offer via U.S. Mail. I called the company and spoke to Weston Cullison, who said he would get me a quote within 24 hours, he never did. Sent two follow up emails and no response. Almost a month later he replied to say he could not do anything. I don't have an issue with not being able to provide coverage, just the fact that he never replied on several email communications.

Yes, if shingle we will only have a couple of options. Tile and metal we will have several options. We have access to every carrier, so if we can't get it done no one will. Thank you!
