I contacted Regina several times, we set a date and time she was available to come over for a free Estimate and measurements. I took off work and waited 30 minutes. I called Scruggs Flooring Dept. Lady on phone didn't have a clue I explained I had an appointment...she took my information and said she would check.Regina calls, 10 minutes leaves me a message,she was with a customer , but could come out sometime today, but was not going to be able the rest of the week!!!That is extremely poor customer service. I set an appointment, took off work, and no show, no call. Don't even bother.

Scruggs Lumber is a joy to do business with. We are remodeling our master bath and ordered a walk-in shower from them. Michele knows everything there is to know about Onyx showers and was extremely helpful when we tried to decide what would be best for us. The shower arrived quicker than expected and then she arranged delivery to our house within one day. Fantastic customer service on top of being very professional and helpful. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
