The smell in this place is horrible. I was there in Sept and it smelt like sewer. Came back in October and it is still horrible smelling. The manager on duty was continually spraying air freshener directly by us (we were seated by the women's restroom). I will never come here again due to the smell. I think they need to have their sewer serviced or something the service was not that good with took 20 minutes for a soda refill when there were not but a handful of people in the place.

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
To place a catering order, click “Catering” on our website or call the restaurant directly. Red Lobster Rewards members may also order catering by using the My Red Lobster Rewards App to connect online or calling the number indicated on the app. We partner with ezCater’s delivery team to fulfill catering delivery orders. It varies by how much you can eat. Each plate size serves different items at different prices. Call them and they will give you there prices an what specials they are running. All there food is Excellent and there prices are reasonable we think. We go there on special occasions which is 3 times a yr. For us.
