Ordered online at 5:20, said would be ready at 6:20. Here I stand at 6:57 listening to them explain to me they never saw my order. Unacceptable. Never again. Good luck with your terrible service in Jefferson City.

Mask until you take your seat.

Just had meal at Jefferson City BWW. Had terrible service. When food was brought, didn’t bring me Utensils or ask me if I needed anything else. Then, as soon as I was done they brought the bill without asking if I needed or wanted anything else.

Yes. Boneless wings. 6/15/18. Update...They now have bogo traditional wings on Tuesday.
