I went in worried about possibly having black mold poisoning. The nurse and desk lady were very kind and treated me normal. However, as soon as the doctor (Amy Lynn Bridge) came in, i was immediately treated with disrespect. I had a list of my symptoms on my phone because I am a very anxious person and like to prepare what to say, and she simply laughed at me and told me to tell her what symptoms i “ACTUALLY” had. I don’t think i’ve ever been so medically invalidated before. I expressed to her that I was concerned and had absolutely no clue why I was having the symptoms I was and she repeated to laugh at me and told me it’s very unlikely it is black mold poisoning. (which she simply could have told me in the beginning instead of laughing at me) It’s not hard to be a kind human. I will probably never return :/ do better

Probably the worst expierince i’ve ever had at any urgent care, ever. Came in with an intense pain that had been lasting for a very long time, just to be convinced that my pain “wasn’t really a problem” and get made fun of by the nurse, as she made multiple sarcastic remarks about how i’m feeling and how i was exaggerating the pain. Obviously advil isn’t helping, that’s why i’m here. Left not only feeling worse, but with less of an idea of what was happening with me.

***** Adding an edit here....express care was great HOWEVER the lab? Not so much, I've already been out of work for a qeek and can't return until my result is in,, i was told last night they may have lost my test.. I HAVE ALREADY MISSED WAY TOO MUCH WORK THIS IS UNNACEPTABLE.... I arrived at express care and they were busy, because I was testing for covid, I was asked to wait outside to limit exposure, she then was sweet enough to schedule an appointment for me in mychart, came in an was treated by Ned the RN, who is absolutely amazing and has a wonderful bedside manner, and the doc I saw was just as sweet! Thank you for being so wonderful to me!!!!💜
