I love these guys but this new sign is a problem. The scan app is built into iPhone but needs to be downloaded on Android. Come on. There's room for the phone number on that sign. But really, the gentleman I drive for doesn't even own a cell phone. I look for more inclusion and accessibility in the places I visit, not less.

Normally, I wouldn't review a lab on a single visit, but given some of the negative reviews, I thought I should share my experience. They were packed out, but they were patient and spoke in a friendly, jocular manner to those who were apparently regulars. They said on arrival that the wait would be about 45 minutes, and that's about what it was. The person that drew my blood was pleasant, efficient, and got the blood with no issues. I saw no rudeness or unprofessionalism at all.

They are always incredibly nasty. Every single time I get attitudes from them. I've even been stabbed with the needle instead of nicely being poked.

Sorry about first it was my fault they were open. Everyone was nice and I was in and out very fast!
