I called two separate occasions to order some fish and another time to see if they'd be interested in some aquarium snails I have an abundance of. I was promised call backs that never happened. This used to be a great place to shop but it just keeps going downhill more and more.

the worst customer service i have ever experienced. i felt personally disrespected by one of the front end workers. the garden center looked decrepit.

Just did walk thru of the outdoor landscaping plant area Looking for a specific tree, but was immediately appalled at the state of things there. Many formerly beautiful shrubs and trees are ruined, dried to a crisp brown, and dead. Others area set to follow. Where is the oversight, the watering, etc.?
