Do they allow cats in store? (l know cats aren't particularly well known for behaving LOL)

Don't see why they wouldn't. They never have a problem with my snooty, full of attitude, DIVA, English Bulldog. Lol

I know they allow dogs so I'm sure cats allowed

First, I don't see why not. Second, I seriously doubt they have to be in a carrier but rather they should be on a leash just as dogs are required to be.
