That kind of thing you'll have to call for. You'll ha e to get their shots as well. That's the same for any place you go to have that kind of thing done. Even if you went up to PetSmart. I can say, however, that they are a very nice facility, I was pleased with how polite and punctual they were. It's a little strange right now because of the covet that you have to park outside in a numbered spot and they come out to you to bring your animal in. But they took great care of my puppy, and I would absolutely recommend them.

I have mine stay home a friend feeds, waters, cleans litter. Less trauma if you can trust your kitty.
