I have visited this office twice. Both times were on Saturdays. The staff is amazing! Jennie was very patient, friendly, polite and professional. She did everything to help us quickly and efficiently. She was very helpful in choosing a service plan and phones. I am very satisfied and highly recommend!!!

No they do not repair batteries. You have to take your iPhone to Apple, but they cam assist you in purchasing a new phone.
