Used to be my favorite place to go but it has gone down hill there’s never enough staff to satisfy the customers we went in at 12 and they told us 230 we waited an hour after that and there was still someone ahead of us for their nails so we left I’m disappointed not to mention they always go off script when you show them a photo of the nails you want

A little short staffed so you gotta wait a little longer, but great service and I always love my nails. Staff is always nice to me!
