Called and was told it would be a couple days before they could have the new screen delivered. The following week I called and they still didn't have it. I could have had my phone that I need to work fixed by now somewhere else.

Was traveling out of town and noticed I couldn’t charge my iPhone 13. I called at least 5 repair shops before calling this one and no one could help me. I was at my wits end. So I called this repair shop and they immediately told me to come in and they will at least try and help me. Got there and boom the gentleman behind the counter looked at my device and said I know how to fix it. I had got the tip of my charger stuck in my port. They fixed the problem very quickly and didn’t charge me anything. I highly recommend them. I thank them sooo much. They were definitely a lifesaver.
