I just wanted to check my phone port, my phone wasn’t charging. . I have had many AT&T employees check it to see if there was lint in the port. I have had many employees get the small tool to clean it out. This guy flat out ignored me for ten minutes after finishing up with other customer. Then rudely say what do you need. In the 10 minutes I waited another guy came in not one person acknowledged him. Not even a “we will be with you in a minute”. He left. So ya horrible customer service.
