I tell everyone about this place and the fiesta potato. Hands down some of the best bbq I’ve ever had outside of Memphis. Do yourself a favor and stop in and get some. This is a must stop for our family when passing through KS.

Yes they do! I just called them to verify.
Most dishes come with some sort of bread as a bun or Texas toast. I am not entirely sure if the the bbq is gluten free. If it is, people who can't eat gluten could eat there wide selection of barbecued meats without bread
