I used to look forward to going Freddy's, to any of the stores. Here in Salina at the South 9th street location I have seen a slow decline in the quality of the food and service. Then tonight, Sept. 16th, it has reached a point where I don't know how much time will pass before I go back to that store. The store was not busy, the parking lot wasn't even half full, yet the service was very slow. I went thru the Drive Thru. I could barely hear the young man who was taking those orders, even after I had told him that I could hardly hear him speak.. When I received my order I took the cherry from the top of the Turtle Concrete,, anticipating it's sweetness; instead I got a cherry that tasted sour and nasty. For me that is an indicator that that particular work station hasn't been properly nor sufficiently cleaned for at least one shift, more like 2 or 3 shifts. When I took a drink of my soda I got a taste of sourness like sour milk. Once again, the taste of the soda showed me that the store is not being cleaned as it should, and must be cleaned to pass a Food Service Inspection. Freddy's is better than this rash of poor service and distasteful food. I didn't finish my meal because of the poor quality of the food, and nasty tasting food. Please step up Freddy's, I do want to go to your store and be able to have an enjoyable experience.
