I like the storage unit. Unfortunately, they consistently raise the prices at least yearly). If you onky need a unit for a few months this is a good choice. If you need long term storage, stay away unless you dont minds constant price hikes. To bad they don't appreciate their EXSISTING customers instead of offering deals and low prices to new customers. Keep your current customers by not raises their rates ALL the time.

Had a rate increase on my storage unit, called and spoke with a manager- John. John quickly removed the rate increase and took care of me within 2 minutes. I was ready to close my account after speaking with the online chat support. John had great customer service!!
