I just wanted to update my review of Palm Beach. When they bought Celsius, they came through and made some less than ideal changes. But what has kept me a customer is 100% the employees. Alyssa, Rileigh, Kenzie and Sarah have been absolutely fabulous. These ladies have worked hard, held down the place and provided the constant updates on all changes, new beds and most importantly had so much patience! They really need recognition. And really it’s all the staff! Thank you and good job holding the place down.

Staff was nice enough, not sure they like their jobs, but the business practices and charging rates are outrageous. Unclear communication about policy regarding deadlines to cancel/adjust plan cost me $200. Sure I should have read the fine print, but I repeatedly told the staff I’d not need the plan after two months and still I was charged for a third month I won’t use.

Update: ***Thank you for reaching out Janessa however, After being told by the GM that security cameras have no audio I’m unsure how you will be able to review what was verbally said?….. I say this because we also asked for the audio tapes to be reviewed. I believe you must be mistaken on which client said they have a car payment coming out on the 15th and waved at your girls because my cousin has no vehicle and quiet frankly can not drive. If so we would gladly have gone to another location. Since your response with the customer service line not even your direct line she had to reach out to you several times via phone and email before anything was done. We appreciate the refund as we wish to completely cut ties with your company and any other company that feels it’s okay to treat clients the way you have treated her. We hope that you have a blessed one and that hopefully moving forward you will train your employees to have better customer etiquette. Absolute worst customer service. The GM Sarah is a joke. Her staff was rude and BODY SHAMED my cousin when going in for a membership. Upon several calls and emails to corporate still NOTHING has been done! My cousin suffers from depression with serious suicidal triggers and has had a very rough time struggling with her weight. (She is currently 5’4 178 lbs not that’s it matters) She is beautiful inside and out yet the teenage girl at the counter had the audacity to tell her that she wouldn’t “fit” in their lower level beds! Actions like this are simply disturbing and quiet frank very uncalled for. Ashamed and embarrassed my cousin no longer wants to set foot inside the salon, not even 24 hours later we asked for a refund since services haven’t been used and they are refusing to acknowledge the situation or refund. SHAME ON YOU!
