DO NOT LET THEM "FIX" YOUR PHONE. I had two phones "fixed" here. They repair the problem I came in with, but I left with a broken phone. The first phone I took in for a broken LED screen. After the $600. When I got it back I was no longer connected to my service provider. No calls, no texts. I took it back in, and he look at it for 5 min. While I was waiting another lady. Came in with the same problem, she was no longer connected to her service provider. Funny. So I bought a new phone, new service provider. I cracked the screen, but I was able to fix it myself. Take it all apart and put it back together. And still be connected to my service. Then it stopped charging. It was the last place I wanted to take it, but it was dying. And I believe in second chances. But guess what, my worst fear imagine. They somehow disconnected two different phone, Two different service providers. I'm now my third phone, because of them. Don't waste your time or money. Both repairs were around $400+, and the new phone were both $700. You are better off fixing it yourself. Just youtube it.

Went into this location today feeling defeated from T-mobile. Have a phone for 13 months and it stopped working. No Sim card. Although there was one in it and multiple tried. TMOBILE says that my phone is junk. (The phone they sold me) and I need to buy a new phone. The gentleman at phonefixation was so polite and helpful. Even though he was unable to fix my phone. He did everything he could and helped me understand that the issue with the phone was a manufacturer fault. I would definitely go back to this location for any future needs. Thank you so much for being so helpful and nice.
