I absolutely love this place! Dr Melissa is so nice! And if you're lucky you'll get to see Mr Paxton! Sweetest pup! My kids love coming and sitting in the Salt rooms. The healing properties are just amazing! We also see her for chiropractic care . She helped the through my entire pregnancy with the Webster technique and after birth she helped keep my body aligned . She also adjusts all of my kids including my new babe who is now almost 1. We've purchased a few products and a super cool salt lamp. I couldn't be more happy. I tell everyone about this place! It's so cool! I find myself disappointed. I was so looking forward to going and checking this place out. I made an appointment late yesterday evening for today. I was given quite a few options for appointment times, and picked one. This morning, we had a situation come up and I had to cancel my appointment. I called with more than 2 hours before my appointment and was rudely told that it is their policy to charge with less than 24 hours notice because it is impossible to fill the room. But I didn’t even make the appointment 24 hours before. And when I did make the appointment, they had a ton of times available, so it’s not like I took a time from someone else. I just didn’t appreciate being reprimanded, especially since she didn’t even ask why I needed to reschedule. I was looking forward to trying this place, but not sure I want to risk paying for a service I don’t get if something comes up. I also probably wouldn’t have been so taken aback if someone had mentioned this policy when I booked, or if it said anything about it on their website, which it does not. It just doesn’t seem like good business.

We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. There was no wait time and my wife and I were scheduled for the big room. What a wonderful experience! We reclined in comfortable chairs and listened to relaxing, meditative music. It was a total success as my wife and I could feel the respiratory effects working. Got to meet Dr. Melissa as we were leaving. She chatted with us for a few minutes, so considerate of her. Definitely going back for future treatments.
