I received a flyer in the mail for a free Lancome gift with a $39 purchase . There is a sample in the gift that I have been wanting to try out so I ordered some Lancome makeup online to qualify for the free samples . I went to the counter to pick up my makeup and gift but the agent told me the free gift doesn't start until the 8th . There is no date on the flyer . When I told her that I would pick up my makeup on the 8th , she informed me that I would have to purchase another $39 worth of Lancome to get it . Rude and arrogant and I will cancel my order and buy my Lancome from another source from now on . Dillards , you need to train your employees better and maybe test and oversee their skills .

I called the store in a panic, my family needed some outfits for dinner at the country club. We had one and half hours until the dinner. The people Rebecca, Kitty, Jordan and Jen were amazing! I called ahead and they put together possible outfits ready for my family to race in and choose then be on their way. Thank you so much for not only being very professional but pure class helping us with a very important dinner. I will forever be a Dillard's customer because of this store and their team. Thank you

I love shopping at Dillard's but, today I went bought some perfumes and I stopped at Lancome to look for a facial cleaner. I asked the lady to help me find a product and she asked what type of skin i have and I told her. Then she offered me a product and I told her I used it before and I didn't like it. Then she said I don't have anything else for you then and she put the product on the counter and walked away. I always seen friendly staff Dillard's but, that lady needs some training on working with customers.

It's not during Christmas and it's not during New Year's. Isn't that when they douse you in perfume. Obviously, I don't know. Sorry.
Call customer service at the Dillard's you made the purchase. They can help you track down your order.
