Went to pick up my doordash order and couldn’t get help. Waited in line hoping when I get to the front I can get help, nope still no help. Waited by pick up counter again. All in all the order wasn’t ready and verified until 40 mins past pick up time. Being busy is ok. But poor customer service and communication is not. We are customers too.

Went to this McDonald's at 7:53pm and theyvlocked the doors.... the hours are listed on a weekday to close at 10pm. Unfortunately this is the only McDonald's near me.

Ok I am just tired plz can you pay attention. My husband cant eat onion he is allergic. Tell them all the time no onions on his Quarter pounder again same thing. My Big mack always ask for extra mack sauce dont get it this time just one slice of cheese. I understand that you have a lot to do but me and my husband was having a lunch date and to get to park. And everything is not right makes me 😠
