I had an excellent experience with this Aphis office. I called, got a same day appointment, and received my paperwork within 30 minutes of arrival. Everyone except the security guard were incredibly helpful and friendly. This was an excellent and surprisingly pleasant experience.

Nice people. I called them 2 days before my flight. They scheduled my appointment next day 9am. I was there 8-50 they let me in and another 3 person. Check all paper all shots and give me stamp. 9-32am out. Don't forget $38 fee,no cash. Easy and smoth. Don't forget call them before. I don't know why everybody complain. For me everything ok. 5star. Thank you guys

That happened to me too and I was thinking of going tomorrow without an appointment because he didn't want to give it to me and I already have a flight for tomorrow and the certified veterinarians charge me more than $150 dollars. Does anyone know of another that charges less? I just got the normal certificate but that doesn't work for me because my vet isn't certified.
They will not attend You have to call 4 0 5 days before traveling to verify the paperwork and be able to automate your trip
That is true they do not cee you if you dont have an appointment and in no necessary bring you puppy you just have to carry all the papers that the vet gives you and have a nice trip
Nope
Best is to get your vet to set up the appointment. First time, however, I just went there and waited. I had all the papers from my vet and they signed off on needed forms. You can also send papers to Albany; however, although they say it's "overnight," I was warned that I might not get them back as quickly as I needed.
If you show up early (7:30 am for 8 or 8:30 opening) and wait in line, they will see you. I brought our bird there with papers from the vet (a lot of prep beforehand, which I don't recall details of) and they signed whatever was needed for the flight. Make sure you have papers from approved vet. And good luck!
If you have the extra time you should overnight them to Albany.
There is no continuation sheets, only one page and you can make copies of the page, usually it has carbon copies by itself but discontued that patern
