Even after living here for over 3 years (including potty training a puppy), we got our FULL DEPOSIT BACK. It was the best apartment in which I've ever lived - I never heard my neighbors stomping around, maintenance was quick and responsive, property managers were understanding and accommodating. They have a patch of fenced grass area for dogs to run around and it's right by the bike path. Easy access to O Street, grocery stores, Target, restaurants, etc. You do have to go outside your apartment for laundry, but the whole staircase area is covered so you won't get rained on or have to walk through snow. The one thing that was actually bad was that a couple years ago they re-did the outside stairways so we had to stay in a hotel. It was super inconvenient and stressful, but I also get it - they have to make improvements. It means they're investing. But all in all, I always recommended Trenridge to friends who want to have a pet-friendly place to call home.
