My ex fiance and I lived here for 3 years. I absolutely loved it here. The staff were so welcoming and always there for us if we needed anything. When we upgraded to our 2nd apartment, Kristen was super helpful with everything. Kristen and Mindy are always advocating for the residents and they do everything they can to make everyone happy. One thing I loved about Gate Park was how quiet it was and the location. You are so close to everything! Maintenance is on top of everything and responds at a quick time frame. Never had had issues. If you needed something fixed or replaced, they were on top of it! Overall, Gate Park is an amazing place to live!!! They deserve 10,000 Stars

We lived here for over two years. We were sad to leave, because the management was the nicest ever. Kristin is the best apartment manager we have ever heard of. Even though we live thousands of miles away now, we still stop in and say hi when we are passing through. She is a very nice lady. She made sure things were nice when we moved in, and didn’t rip us off when we moved out, like most people do. They are glad when you ask for something to be fixed, because they truly care about people and want to keep nice facilities too. Kristin and her assistant organized a complex-wide garage sale, and every December, they throw a big party for all of the tenants. They buy a bunch of food, get everyone presents, and raffle off a bunch of great prizes for free. The only thing we did not like was the parking. The lot is clean, but the spaces are a little tight. Also, the company that tows you if you don’t have a tag hanging in your mirror, towed our van when we forgot to get the tag back one one day after we got it back from the body shop.

I lived at Gate Park Apartments for nearly 5 years and had a genuinely great experience. The apartments are in a great location, within walking distance of a park, mall, movie theater, and bike trail. Considering the location, size of apartment space, and complex amenities, Gate Park is a very affordable rental option. Management and maintenance were always incredibly accommodating and thoughtful. For a few of my years of residence, I had a work schedule with very odd hours, and when they needed to do any kind of maintenance or check-ins, they always worked with me and kept my sleep schedule in consideration. Simply put, Gate Park is an affordable apartment complex in a great location with genuinely caring and attentive management.

Management and maintenance staff are absolutely fantastic. We have lived here over two years and any and all issues have been handled quickly and kindly and with the tenants best interest at heart. I will never forget when Kristin, the property manager, personally offered to check on and feed our pet while we were at a hospital for several days--these are the kind of things that add up and truly make us feel like good friends, even family. Rent is SO reasonably priced and appliances/fixtures are updated as need be. It has been easy to call Gate Park our home and we will be sad to leave someday, but for anyone needing/wanting to rent in central lincoln, I highly recommend giving Kristin a call.
