I had a really bad moment on this place this morning, the lady that was there was very rude and exposed my immigration case in front of people and I don’t think she should have done that. But I talked to my lawyer and he will do something about it. Thanks God the gentleman that was there was so nice and help me with what I needed.

I've called and called and can't ever can't an answer. They want me to send my hard copy of my driver's license through the mail to show proof of identity to get my kids replacement cards........

Can't get the paperwork I need from them to set up an account for my son. I've asked 4 times now and the 3rd time I got the wrong papers. This has been going on since Nov. Dec. They need to open up so people can actually get ahold of them. I've called 19 times today just for it to keep disconnecting.

It is impossible to speak with a person the automated systems just hang up on you no matter what time you call or you sit for hours waiting and then they hang up You can't get a question answered at all.
