If you're looking for a steakhouse that can properly prepare a steak then keep on looking because this is not the place. I ordered a filet mignon medium rare - notably the most expensive cut on this menu. I was served a mooing cow still cold to touch and blue on the inside. I asked them to replace it, but instead they refired the filet and returned 2 extremely DRY and flavorless chunks of meet cooked to medium well/well. The cook didn't use salt or pepper as noted by the lack of any flavor. I was able to eat some of it but it was like eating rubber bands because you never refire a filet. Ever. Period. Other cuts are more forgiving, but not a filet... My wife ordered baby back ribs and they were so dry she told me they were dog food quality. Basic culinary skills are lacking throughout this restaurant. Service was meh. It would be nice if the bartender would make eye contact with the customers instead of staring at the floor and texting in the corner. She was nice when we did get her attention. Overall, pretty fu*king disappointed. Save your money and order a pizza. At least you'll expect the disappointment.

Crowded n very noisy. Service slow. Food mediocre n took forever. Didn't get 2 out of 9 orders correct. Person busing tables kept hitting my chair. Kept waiting for the avalanche of dirty dishes to hit me. Won't repeat the experience.
